2 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sm. jars baby food plums

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix all ingredients well in mixer. Pour into bundt pan, bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let cake cool 15 minutes before taking out of pan. This cake stays real moist. Can be baked in sheet cake pan and iced with favorite brown sugar icing. One cup chopped pecans can be added.

Should you use regular flour add 1 tablespoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt.
