CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 lb. 10x sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Melt butter on stove or in microwave. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour melted butter and vanilla over dry ingredients. Mix with large spoon first, then with hands until all uniform color.

Place in small cake pan or tupperware using fingers. Make desired thickness. Usually about one inch. Refrigerate 1/2 hour. Then enjoy. Keep in refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
