CORKSCREW MACARONI SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. tri-color corkscrew macaroni or 3/4 (16 oz.) pkg. rotilli macaroni 3/4 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. white vinegar About 1/4 c. milk 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded cheddar cheese 1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained Prepare macaroni as label directs, cool slightly. In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar and 1/4 cup milk. Stir in macaroni, cheddar cheese and corn adding more milk if needed until desired consistency. Cover mixture and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. About 510 calories. |
