SHO FLY PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

CRUMBS:

1 c. plus 1 heaping tbsp. flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
Butter or Crisco, size of an egg

SYRUP:

3/4 c. King syrup
3/4 c. boiling water
1 even tsp. baking soda

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes.
