CHICKEN PIE | |
4 c. cooked chicken 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted 1 c. chicken broth 1 c. self rising flour 1 c. milk 1/2 c. melted butter Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 2 quart baking dish, place chicken and vegetables. Stir together soup, chicken broth and pepper to taste. Pour over chicken mixture. Combine flour, milk and butter. Stir until smooth. Pour this over top. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool about 10 minutes before serving. |
