STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground round
1 c. cottage cheese
1 or 2 tbsp. minced onion
1 or 2 tbsp. minced celery
1 beaten egg
Salt and pepper
4 lg. green peppers

Mix ingredients. Stuff into peppers. Chill 1 hour until firm. Slice into 1- inch rings. Spray cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with Pam. Spread rings on pan and cover each ring with Hunt's herbed tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Dab each ring with a dollop of sour cream and continue baking 10 more minutes.
