RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar or 1 c. sugar & 1 c. molasses
15-20 oz. Raisin Bran
1 tbsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. vegetable oil
4-5 beaten eggs

Combine flour, soda and sugar. Add milk, oil and eggs; mix by hand. Blend in Raisin Bran. (Use a large bowl.) Bake in muffin tin at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Batter can be stored in refrigerator for 2 weeks and used as needed.
