CRAB MEATBALLS 
2 (6-7 oz.) cans crab meat
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 tbsp. cooking sherry or white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
12 slices bacon, cut in half
Parsley; optional

Drain and flake crab meat; combine with remaining ingredients except bacon, and mix well. Shape into 24 one inch balls. Wrap each ball with bacon slices and secure with toothpick. Broil until bacon is crisp, turning to brown, about 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
