CHIQUITA CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1 banana
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. apple juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. chocolate extract
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine mashed banana, sugar, apple juice and extracts. Blend until creamy. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat egg whites until very frothy but not peaked. Fold. Stir in nuts. Bake in 8 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. One dozen, 130 calories, 3.14 grams fat.
