MERINGUE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 egg whites
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. mint chocolate chips
Green food coloring

Beat egg whites with salt and cream of tartar. Slowly add sugar, beating continuously, until stiff peaks form. Fold in chips and food coloring. Heat oven to 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

Drop cookies by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets. Turn oven off, place cookies in oven and leave overnight without opening the door.
