CHERRY MALLOW COBBLER 
1 1/3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 can cherry pie filling (1 lb. 5 oz.)
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 c. marshmallows

Combine crumbs and butter. Press into an 8 inch round baking pan. Cover with pie filling; chill. Whip cream with almond extract. Fold in marshmallows, spread on top. Chill before serving. Makes 6 servings.
