CHICKEN BREAST WITH RICE 
1 1/4 c. instant rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, sliced (opt.)
1/4 lb. butter

Combine above. Melt butter and use half with above. Spread mixture in 9"x13" pan. One whole chicken, 8 halves or 4 whole breasts (boned, if preferred). Lay on top of rice mixture and pour rest of butter over chicken. Salt and pepper (paprika for browning). Bake at 275 to 300 degrees for 3 hours, cover for first 1/2 hour or bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
