CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
1 fryer chicken
1 stick butter
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. bell peppers, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted

Saute onion, pepper and celery in chicken broth. Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed on box. Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish. Top with 1 cup grated cheese mixed with 6 crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
