EGG NOODLES 
1 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks + 1 whole egg
1 tbsp. butter

Sift flour and salt in bowl. Make a well in the center and add eggs and butter. Mix gradually, then stir well until all is blended. Divide in 3 parts. Roll very thin and allow about 1 hour to dry.
