EASY IRISH SODA BREAD 
5 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
4 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 jar caraway seeds (to taste)
1/2 box raisins (or to taste)
2 1/4 c. milk

Mix sugar with egg in large bowl until creamy. Combine all ingredients and mix by hand. (Add more milk if needed.) Bake in greased 10" iron skillet at 375 degrees for 1 hour. (Don't wait until St. Patrick's Day to try it!)
