HAM AND POTATOES 
12-16 oz. leftover cooked ham slices
1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
Butter
1 pkg. au gratin potato mix
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Place the ham slices in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Top with the potatoes from the potato mix, the mushrooms and the cheese sauce from the mix. Continue as directed by the mix package, adding 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce to the butter and boiling water called for. cover; bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
