DELUXE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 tsp. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. crushed potato chips

In a large bowl mix all ingredients except mayonnaise, water, eggs and potato chips. Combine mayonnaise and water. Add that and then gently fold in egg slices. Place in a greased casserole and top with crushed potato chips or use individual shells.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6.
