DELUXE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 tsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (cashews)
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 hard cooked eggs
2 c. potato chips, crushed

In large bowl, mix all ingredients except mayonnaise and water. Then add water and mayonnaise, and gently fold in sliced eggs. Place in greased casserole and top with 2 cups crushed potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 6.
