CHEESE GRITS 
1 1/2 c. quick grits
6 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2-3 drops Tabasco
1 tsp. seasoned salt
3 beaten eggs

Prepare grits according to directions on box. To cooked grits add butter, cheese, Tabasco and seasoned salt. Stir well, then stir in eggs. Put in well buttered casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. (May be made ahead of time and refrigerated.)
