JESSIES' NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
4 c. plain flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. Crisco
1 egg
1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Sift together sugar, flour and salt. Cut in Crisco until well mixed. Mix egg, water and vinegar together in small bowl. Add to flour mixture. Stir well. Knead a little on floured board. Makes 5 crusts. Freezes well.

Thaw and roll out between two sheets of waxed paper.
