APPLE CRISP 
10 to 12 cut, peeled apples
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c.flour
2/3 c. butter

Place apples in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Mix water, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle over apples, combine sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. Crumble over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
