STUFFED CABBAGE 
Head of cabbage
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. rice
1/4 c. ketchup
2 eggs
Tomato juice
Salt
Pepper

Steam or boil cabbage, pulling leaves off as they loosen. Set aside. Mix hamburger, rice, ketchup, eggs, salt and pepper. Form into meatballs. Place 1 into leaf of cabbage and fold. Place into bottom of pan. Continue with rest of meatballs. Pour tomato juice over to cover. Boil on stove top at slow boil until meatballs are done. About 1 hour.
