2 baking potatoes
1/2 onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 sm. pkg. ham
1 sm. pkg. roast beef
1 sm. pkg. chicken
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 to 1/2 pkg. grated cheese
1/4 carton sour cream

Bake potatoes. Open and place each in a separate Corning bowl. Fill with all above ingredients except sour cream. Bake in oven until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream. Delicious with a grilled steak.
