QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
3/4 c. biscuit mix (I use Bisquick)
2 eggs

Cook ground beef until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain off pan drippings. Spoon beef into an 8-inch square baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk and eggs; beat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 6.
