2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
Salt
10 tsp. water

Mix crust ingredients like pie crust and press into miniature tart pans or mini-muffin pan like small pie crusts.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 lb. dates
1/2 c. nuts
2 tbsp. or more peanut butter
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. angel coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together all filling ingredients and place a spoonful of filling into each crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
