PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:

2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil and cool slightly. In a mixer bowl mix flour and sugar and pour hot mixture over this dry mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, salt, and vanilla. Mix well, pour into cookie sheet pan and bake 20 minutes at 375°F. Bring first three icing ingredients to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute. Add peanut butter, vanilla, and cocoa. Beat with mixer until dull, approximately 1 minute, and pour over cake. Will set up quickly.
