1 can beef consomme 1/2 bottle liquid smoke 1 sm. bottle soy sauce 1/2 c. vinegar Garlic powder Mix and pour over brisket and marinate at least 24 hours. Cook 4 1/2 hours at 300 degrees, wrapped air tight. Leave wrapped to cook in juices. Do not open until finished cooking. |
