POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
3/4 c. raisins
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine mix, sugar and seeds; make a well in center. Add rest of ingredients, stir until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans, fill 1/2 full. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
