1 box chocolate ice cream sandwiches (12)
1 carton caramel apple dip
1 small carton Cool Whip
1 bottle Magic Shell (chocolate)

Layer a dish with sandwiches. Spread caramel dip on top. Top with Cool Whip. Shake Magic Shell and spread on Cool Whip. Freeze. Cut in squares when serving. Serve frozen.
