SEAFOOD PARMESAN 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) egg noodles
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. light cream
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 lb. crabmeat (or imitation crab)
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook noodles and drain. Melt butter, stir in flour and spices. Remove from heat, add milk and cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Add lemon juice and peas. Combine noodles, 1 1/2 cups sauce and peas.

Line a 2 quart dish with mixture; lay crabmeat on top. Pour remaining sauce over all. Combine crumbs, cheese and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. 6-8 servings.
