HAM BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli, cooked & drained
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/8 c. butter
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
4 c. cubed cooked ham
2 c. quick cooking rice
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook onion in butter until tender. Stir together soups, milk and cheese. Add broccoli, onion, ham, rice and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
