GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
3 potatoes, sliced
3 or 4 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, med. chopped
1 can tomato or cream of mushroom soup or any other cream soup

Layer potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion in bottom of baking dish (13 x 9 x 2 inches). Put ground beef (uncooked) on top with a little salt and pepper. Pour can of soup over top, cover and bake at 350 degrees for an hour, then turn oven to 250 degrees and cook until done.
