FANCY CRACKER COOKIES 
40 saltine crackers
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
6 oz. real chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place crackers on foil lined pan. Boil butter and sugar 3 minutes. Pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until crackers float. Sprinkle chocolate chips over and spread. Top with nuts, cool and cut.

Note: If chips won't spread return to oven for 1 minute.
