TUNA SALAD 
1 can tuna (spring water - 60% less salt)
1/2 c. frozen peas
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 fresh onion, chopped
1/2 c. cucumber, chopped
2-3 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
Salad dressing to moisten
Garlic powder and cayenne pepper to taste

Mix together and serve on a bed of lettuce. Serve with whole wheat bread.
