1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. box lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold Seven-Up or ginger ale

Prepare lemon Jello according to package directions, substituting soda for cold water. Chill until slightly set. Beat in 3 oz. package cream cheese. Fold in can of mandarin oranges. Chill until set.
