GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen French style green beans
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. instant non-dairy creamer
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced

In medium saucepan, cook beans as directed on label, reducing time slightly; drain. In same saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour. Add creamer, then gradually add 2 cups hot water, stirring. Cook, stirring until smooth and thickened. Stir in seasonings and 1/2 cup cheese. Add beans and water chestnuts and pour into shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. 6 servings.
