ROSA MARINA SALAD 
1/2 lb. Rosa Marina macaroni
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits in own juice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, cut in half
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Drain juices from fruit. Cook them in a saucepan with eggs, sugar, flour and salt. Cook until thick. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Add fruit juice mixture to the cooked and drained macaroni. Stand this covered overnight in the refrigerator. Stir in drained fruit the next day. Fold in Cool Whip.
