HERB BREAD 
3 c. flour, unsifted
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 c. skim milk
1/3 c. corn oil
1 egg, lightly beaten

Oil 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. In large bowl, stir together dry ingredients. In small bowl, stir together milk, corn oil and egg. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Turn into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Immediately remove from pan. Cool at least 30 minutes. 1 loaf.
