HASH BROWN QUICHE | |
1 pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed 1/2 tsp. butter 2 tbsp. onion flakes 1 c. diced, cooked ham 2 c. grated Swiss or other cheese 2 eggs 1/2 c. half and half Grease pie pan with butter. Pat thawed hash browns dry with paper towel and press in bottom and sides of pan. Brush with a bit of butter (about 1/4 cup). Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with onion flakes, diced ham and cheese. Beat 2 eggs with 1/2 cup half and half and pour over ham and cheese. Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. |
