1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 sm. box lemon instant pudding
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

Mix up with beater. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 can (reg. size) crushed pineapple, drained
1 box French vanilla pudding

Mix together, chill in refrigerator then fold in 12 ounce Cool Whip.
