CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts
1 bag frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. bread crumbs
1 stick melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil chicken for 45 minutes with salt and pepper. Thaw broccoli and drain. Mix together soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and 1 cup cheese. Place broccoli in greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover with cut up chicken. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli and sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over top. Combine butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake 1 hour, uncovered.
