BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
Salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Garlic
Pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin noodles
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
6 green onions, cut up
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine beef, salt, sugar, both tomatoes, garlic and pepper; simmer 5-10 minutes. Cook noodles, drain and add sour cream, cream cheese and onions.

Arrange in layers in greased casserole. Top with grated cheese. Heat in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until it is bubbling. Freezes well.
