1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar; add all the ingredients. Drop by heaping teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Don't let get brown.

CREAM FILLING:

3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix until light and fluffy, then add marshmallow cream. Spread on cool cookie; top with a cookie.
