1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix and drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. butter
3 1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 jar marshmallow creme

Cool cookies and put filling on one and put another cookie on top of the filling. Store in cool place.
