SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
Casserole:

3 cups mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash cinnamon
Dash nutmeg

Mix together all ingredients. Place in 2 quart casserole dish.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for approximately 20 minutes.

Topping:

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix topping ingredients. Spread over top of casserole after it has baked for 20 minutes. Return casserole with topping to oven and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes.
