GREEK GARLIC SAUCE 
3-4 cloves crushed garlic
3/4 c. olive oil
2 c. soft bread crumbs
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. salt

In blender, puree garlic and crumbs. Slowly add oil alternately with lemon juice until same consistency as mayonnaise.

Makes 1 cup. May serve with sliced beets or just with stuffed grape leaves or lamb patties.
