SOUR CREAM CAKE 
3 c. cake flour
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 c. butter
6 eggs, separate whites & beat stiff
1 tsp. salt

Sift together flour, salt and soda. Cream sugar and butter together. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each one. Add dry ingredients and sour cream alternately, then fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in tube pan, greased and floured at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until cake springs back.
