LIBBY'S FAMOUS PUMPKIN PIE 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (16 oz.) can Libbys solid pack pumpkin
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean. Cool. Garnish with whipped cream or whipped topping if desired.
