CALIFORNIA BARBECUE 
3 cans (15 oz. each) macaroni and cheese with sauce
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 lb. freshly grated sharp cheese (save some for topping)
1 sm. bunch green onions, chopped finely
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 can French-fried onion rings

Mix all ingredients, saving some cheese and the fried onions. Refrigerate until chilled.

Cover the top with the reserved fried onions and cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
