CABBAGE CACCIATORE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. onions, chopped
1 med. head cabbage
1 lg. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 or 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated

In a large oven proof skillet, saute beef and onions until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp. Arrange washed cabbage leaves on top of mixture. Blend spaghetti sauce and garlic powder. Pour over cabbage. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Serve over rice if desired. (Best to use a medium Dutch oven.)
